Doctor and Master from PUC-SP. Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Specialist, with a postgraduate degree ("lato sensu"), in Civil Procedural Law and Contract Law from CEU/IICS. Graduated from PUC/SP in 1996.

Professor of the postgraduate course ("lato sensu") in civil procedural law at COGEAE – PUC/SP. Guest professor in several postgraduate courses. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law – IBDP, the Center for Advanced Studies in Procedure – CEAPRO, and Honorary Member of the Paraná Institute of Procedural Law. Lawyer in São Paulo. Author of numerous published works and papers, among which the following stand out: Provisional Relief (published by Revista dos Tribunais), First Comments on the New Code of Civil Procedure (published by Revista dos Tribunais, co-authored), Essential Themes of the New CPC (published by Revista dos Tribunais, co-authored), Provisional Execution in Civil Procedure (Editora Método).

Graduated in 2002, he has a long academic background, with several postgraduate degrees and university extension courses, among which the Postgraduate Degree in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of Largo São Francisco – USP stands out. Elected Director of the OAB/SP Tatuapé Subsection for the three-year periods 22/24 and 25/27. He is currently a postgraduate student in Real Estate Business at the Higher School of Advocacy.

Graduated in 2002 and holds a Postgraduate degree in Consumer Relations Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo — PUC/SP (2007). Currently pursuing a specialization in Intellectual Property and Innovation Law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation — FGV/SP. Certified in Integrity Management by the Ethos Institute (2024). Has supplementary training in Bidding and Public Procurement Processes, Negotiation Skills, and Problem Solving.
Lawyer with experience in civil law, consumer law, innovation law, intellectual property, complex contract management, public-private partnerships, and compliance. Works as a Legal Consultant and Legal Manager in a Civil Society Organization, leading the legal department, with expertise in structuring partnership agreements, licensing, technology transfer, analysis of calls for proposals, and legal compliance in R&D projects.

Graduated in Law from São Judas Tadeu University (2022), she has experience in advisory legal services, focusing on the analysis, review, and structuring of contracts, especially in the real estate and condominium context, with an emphasis on risk mitigation and legal security of transactions.
